Two rooms available in 3 bedroom unit. KS bed and bedding in one room and the other room is of medium size (large enough for QB, tallboy and bed-side tables) and unfurnished. Quiet location close to beach and train station. Garage access for storage and courtyard with garden. Must be okay with two cats. Furnished house with all amenities but you are welcome to add your own items. Central heating, portable cooling, BBQ and Optus Fetch available.
