I have a double bedroom available in a unit with one female housemate. The unit has a fantastic location - just a 5 minute walk to ABS House, Immigration, CISAC gym, Belconnen mall & markets.
The room has built in robes and gets morning sun. It will fit a double or queen bed (and I have a queen available with the room if you want it). The unit has a open plan lounge and dining room leading onto a large courtyard. Basic amenities here already however room for your own furniture if required.
