Preferences
Nice house share with clean and considerate housemates, 15minutes from bondi junction and 15 minutes walk away from bondi beach. The house is in a prime location in bondi and close to transport links across Sydney. Bondi junction is very close and has a lot of shopping locations. The room is a two person share room and the bond is two weeks rent in advance. You will be sharing the house with two males aged 25 and 27 who have their own rooms. I'm a 25 year old English male working in Sydney who is clean and tidy, I'm chilled out and enjoy socialising and going out on weekend. The house is pretty cool I've been here two months and have loved every minute of it, had to put the ad up due to two of our female housemates leaving and going home (they only let us know a day before they're leaving :( )
Manuel is 27 from chile and he also works in Sydney, he is here learning English as well as working but he is chilled out, pretty clean and he also likes to socialise and is very easy to get along with. We all like to have a few drinks and will often on a weekend go out for drinks together or have friends over but we always ask our housemates first of that is ok as we respect each other's wishes and work schedules
