This is not the usual house and the owner is not the usual owner. The moment you walk in you will feel comfortable. This is because the owner is laid back, easy to get along with, and emphasises with flatmates.
The bedrooms while small have a double bed and built in wardrobes. The house is air conditioned and the bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. The lounge room has a big tv ( 40 ins ) and comfortable seating. Kitchen and dining area are small compact and user friendly.
The recreation room has a bar, pool table, and tv. The patio has a barbeque, AND spa that is available for use on weekends with permission.
A 5 min walk to the bus stop and train is close by. Large shopping centre nearby.
Normal average (or above depending on your point of view ! ) friendly helpful people who enjoy company and the occasional party. Good conversation over a shared glass of wine but respect personal space and privacy. I smoke but do it in the patio area. You welcome to do the same.
