Having lived in Bondi for 5 years, this is the best property we have seen on the market. It’s less than a 5 min walk to the beach, cafes, Bondi markets and bars. The entire building has been completely gutted and renovated from the floor boards to appliances and amenities. This apartment features a huge modern open plan lay out with a brand new kitchen that leads out to a large balcony. The building is sun drenched at all times during the day. One room has an on-suite so the communal bathroom will only be shared between two. It includes a bath and a shower.
The vacant room is sunny throughout the day and will comfortably fit a king-sized bed, drawers and storage. The room is 2400 x 3900mm.
The bedroom is unfurnished but has built-ins. The house is furnished, however there is room for you to add your personal touch.
We’re two guys aged 30 and 27 that are known by our friends as people that are always stoked. We’re social, considerate, fun, work entrepreneurial jobs and love to travel. If you were to judge us by the items you’d find in our house you'd see surf boards, books, bottles of wine, trainers, art, BBQ, outside bar table, camera’s, guitars and laptops. They’d also be neatly stored and tidy except when they’re being used. In all seriousness, we’re two pretty chilled guys that love to meet new people and have a good yarn. We’re looking for someone that’s going to add value to the mix.
