About the Room:
Rent is $175 per week and includes gas, electricity, and water. Internet is not included in the rent (can't change the default setting) but is available at NO extra charge.
The room is quite generous and comes furnished with a single bed, 2 bedside tables, rug and bar fridge. There is a good sized built in cupboard and opportunity for underbed storage as well. Lovely sunny north facing position.
Room is sole occupancy.
Room can be pre furnished for your convenience or rented empty. Bed linen can be supplied if needed as well.

Existing residents are all professional people, clean, considerate, and easygoing. All in their 20s'/30s' (but being in your 20's is not a requirement, it just happens to have worked out this way so far!).

Opposite the Gateway Reserve, so perfect for the morning (or afternoon) jog. Lots of open spaces and very quiet area.
