Hi there, I'm renting my apartment for 3 months and 1 week.
Move in date = Sunday 26th June 2016.
Move out date = Sunday 2nd October 2016 (this date is flexible/negotiable... may be possible to extend on-going)
About the apartment = 40 square metres internally, timber floors, bright with lots of natural light, clean and spacious, modern appliances, fully furnished with nice pieces including clothes washing machine, and best of all, it overlooks a huge yard and lawn. This is not a studio apartment, it has a separate bedroom and living room (see floorplan). The unit is actually a section of a house, so there's only one other unit next door, noone above or below. There's an undercover patio at the front to store bikes. There's no smoking inside, but smoking outside is fine. Very safe and secure. Separate laundry room out the back.
Maximum number of occupants = 2.
Bills = $20 per person p/w (includes everything i.e. power, gas, internet, water)
Bond = 3 weeks (rent & bills)
Furnished = Yes.
Internet = ADSL2+ unlimited wifi
Rent cycle = Paid in advance on the 1st Sunday of the month.
Location = Everything is close:
- 1 minute walk to Enmore Road which has transport, restaurants, cafes, theatres, pubs, shops, gyms, yoga schools, supermarket etc.
- 7 minute walk to Stanmore station, 10 minutes to Newtown station
- 10 minute walk to King St
- Short walk to USYD
- 15 minutes bike ride to UTS
