We have the perfect double room for a couple studying at the UNSW or a massive room for yourself! :)

The apartment is located in the heart of kingsford along anzac parade. The room is a spacious double room that has a store room and a ensuite bathroom! .The apartment consist of 3 other rooms that will be shared with people studying at the UNSW.

The current setup in the house is pretty easy going and everyone is flexible. The room is fully furnished with two chest of drawers, study table, double bed and a inbuilt wardrobe.

The rent of $400 per week for a couple would include all utilities (internet, electricity and water) and even a fortnightly cleaning of the bathroom and the kitchen by a external cleaner. The contract is fixed expiring on the 30th of January, 2017 which could be extended depending on the lease. Four weeks of bond required.

Single occupancy would be $380 per week!

The house is safely secured that can only be accessed with a swipe key and there is bus stop right under the building. The apartment is located 50 metres from the university and a minutes walk from restaurants, pub and grocery stores!
