Room for rent in Karrinyup, close to Karrinyup shops, Scarborough, trigg beach & 15 minute drive to CBD.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas, the one pictured is the smaller of the two.. There is another main living area with Foxtel.
Also has a large pool, which gets a good workout in summer!
Room will fit queen bed comfortably, and has a ceiling fan. It does not have wardrobe but there are 2 chest of drawers in there you are welcome to use, clothes rack will also fit.
Rent is $150 per week plus bills (Foxtel, Internet & utilties)

Flatmates
Sharing with 1 male (25) and 3 females (27, 26 & 22).. All down to earth, friendly people who don't mind heading out for a drink, sitting on the couch together and watching some tv or just hanging out and having a laugh... But also respectful of each other's privacy when you just want to be by yourself to Netflix and chill, haha.
There is also a beautiful golden staffy named Skye :)
Chris is a chippy, Courtney & Katie are FIFO workers and Jade is a full time worker who stays at her partners place most of the time!
Also, myself (Katie) and Chris will be in America for 9 and a half weeks from July-September, so you definitely get a lot of time to yourself. House is never over crowded that's for sure.
