I am looking for someone to take over my lease in a lovely area of Moonee Ponds. the lease currently has 8 months left with opportunity to sign on for another 12 months when it comes around in February.
The property is a 3 bedroom, double storey apartment in Shelley Gardens, close to Moonee Valley racecourse, Puckle street and public transport.
It really is a great place and even better area, I will certainly miss it!
2 of the rooms are already taken leaving one for you, which is a bright double bedroom with double mirrored wardrobes. Currently all bills are split equally
Both of the other occupants are mid 20s who work full time and are very easy going but equally keep to themselves.
The property will be unfurnished so you will need to bring along all furniture, but there is plenty of space to set up exactly as you would like it.
Taking over the lease will also mean that you will have the car park right out the front door at the front of the property.
Please note that all connections will also need to be organised, I.e; Gas, Electricity, Water & Internet. But bills will be split equally between you and the other 2 housemates.
The property also has a smaller sized backyard with a huge shed for storage.
