It's a gorgeous Art Deco building. One of four units, with an enclosed joint entry at the front and back door out to shared stairs. Available bedroom (for a single only) has a view of the Brisbane River and Brisbane City (fireworks are visible during RiverFire and New Years Eve celebrations).
The bedroom measures approximately 3x3m and is unfurnished (there is no built-in wardrobe, however, there is a hanging rack). The room has a ceiling fan and two windows with different outlooks.
The rest of the unit is furnished and Wi-Fi is included in the rent (plus Netflix). There is air-conditioning in the lounge room.
It's a short walk to Kingsford-Smith Drive with regular buses to Fortitude Valley and the CBD. 5 minutes walk to Breakfast Creek Hotel. 10-15 minute walk to Bretts Wharf ferry stop and Racecourse Road (lots of options for coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner and a Coles). Another 5 minutes further to Eat Street Markets and Portside (including Dendy Cinemas).
There is a 24-hour Woolworths located at Airport DFO, 10-15 minutes drive.

You will need to be approved by the current housemate and the real estate.
The current lease ends on 11/10/2016 and you will have the option to re-sign, however, you will be required to either take on the lease yourself or find another flatmate as the current flatmate has plans to move on.
