Room for rent in a three bedroom Brunswick warehouse shared with two mid twenty gents. The 3m x 2.5m room has a high ceiling, faces out towards the small rear courtyard and receives plenty of natural light from a large west facing window.
Our warehouse is one of three warehouse tenancies on the lot which includes a large shared, lockable rear area with vehicle access, and four car parking spaces located out the front. Located near the corner of Albion St and Melville Rd, the warehouse is 60m from a Route 55 tram stop and a 20 minute walk from Anstey train station on the Upfield line. The warehouse has open plan layout, with a large functional shared living and work space. It also includes two other bedrooms, together with a large light filled kitchen. It’s a unique, quirky, flexible and relaxed place to live.
We’re (Evan and Enrico) both typically social characters and work full time through the week. Evan is a town planner that speaks fluent sarcasm, enjoys playing bike polo and drinking yummo beer. Enrico works as an audio programmer and spends his spare time either making home-brew or desperately attempting to befriend the neighbours cat. Both of us like to spend time doing our own things, but also enjoy hanging out over a few drinks - ideally we’d like our housemate to feel the same!
Rent is $400 per month (electricity and internet not included) and is on a month-to-month basis.
