Hi, we have two rooms (will fit queen size bed) available in a large rustic but characterful, four bedrooms house in St Kilda. Enough space for social living or if that’s not your thing the rooms are quite large enough to live comfortable.
There are two single rooms available for 620$ per month. This includes unlimited Internet. All other bills (water, gas, electricity) will be split equally between housemates every 3 months. Bond is required.
The first bedroom will be available on 12th of July although the current tenants may be able to move sooner if required. The room is unfurnished.
The second bedroom has a double bed, small wardrobe and a desk. The room will be available from September onwards. Although the rest of the house is furnished, you are welcome to provide anything that can add to the house.
The house has recently had renovations compromising of installing new floorboards and repainting. Shared facilities include: kitchen; all kitchen utilities/ cooking utensils; two fridges; dining area; toilet; bathroom; separate laundry room; drying and washing machine; storage room; a shed in the garden for sports equipments, bikes etc.
The property has a big backyard, where you can sit and relax for a read and a coffee. We are trying to run our own veggie garden there. If you are fan of gardening, you are more than welcome to grow your own veggies as well.
There is a free parking space on the street and 30 seconds walk to the bus stop (606) and tram stop (12).
The biggest attraction is the beautiful St Kilda West Beach full of kite-surfers, stunning views of boats and the main St Kilda Pier which is located 1 minute walk from the house. It is a great summer spot which includes all the attractions of St Kilda, Middle Park and Albert Park Lake.
International (Australians and a Belgian) fun, hard working and sometimes adventurous, super friendly crew. We treat the Park Street house as our home for couple of years now. One journalist, one artist, one IT engineer are fans of travelling, biking, studying, dancing, cooking, gardening, painting, drawing, hiking, climbing. We work hard during the week with sports and normal routine and like to have a good time on the weekends (sometimes relaxing, sometimes adventurous). Looking for a long term tenants who are working professional or studying with a great sense of humour to fit our household.
Good luck hunting everybody and we hope to hear from some of you soon.
