Wonderful houseshare on Elgin St. at the intersection of Lygon, in front of the tram for line 1 & 8, 2 minute walk to University of Melbourne where you can catch many other trams! 10 minute walk to Brunswick St and close to everything you need... Woolies is at 2 minutes by walk...The house is really well situated!
The house is great! The kitchen is very functional: 5 stoves, oven, microwave, and even a laundry machine! And the garden is perfect to have people over and chill with housemates! There are 7 of us, but it's not overwhelming, you get your quiet time.
The room itself is big enough for two; private balcony and bathroom! And a TV with some potential... It's perfect for two friends! Tim and I really enjoyed our stay here but new adventures are making us leave Melbourne!
We are looking for people to move in around June 26th. The rent is 757$ PER MONTH PER PERSON and bills are not included. Since we split them in 7, it's never too much... And bond is 857$ which must be paid by cash.
