You have your own room with BIR, own lounge room, own bathroom. Shared kitchen. You have the front part of the house to yourself, so you have your own space which is closed off. Internet included. Foxtel is an option for additional cost. Close to buses, trains and shopping centres. 35 minute drive from the CBD. Close to wineries and the beach. Brand new house built never been lived in. This house is off Robinson road in the new Vista estate. Sorry could put correct address as it not on any maps as of yet . Gowrie st is the address. Must be clean and tidy and have a full job or close enough to full time. Contact me for more info. I do have a 4 month old baby boy who lives here to. He is very well behaved and hardly cries. We are down the other end of the house so you wouldn't hear him.
