The property is a 2 storey townhous close to all public transport, with tram ride only 10 minutes, quiet & fantastic little cafes nearby.
Fully air-conditioned in all rooms, polished floorboards downstairs & carpeted upstairs.
Room has its own balcony which is brilliant in summer as receives the afternoon sun.

I'm a fulltime Retail Manager across two states, so travel a lot through work & also PT for local soccer club so out on weekends.
Enjoy having a friendly house, but nothing too crazy!!
