It is a double room, the rent is $350 per week for single occupancy and $420 for double occupancy. It is big and spacious with a large walk-in wardrobe and a couch. In the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, washer and dryer, weekly cleaning service included in rent and Foxtel. It is a short walk to King Street and Newtown station where you will find bars, restaurants and supermarkets as well as buses and trains connecting you to every point in the city.
