hi all, we will have a room for rent in our lovely house in preston in the 20/7, the house located in raglan street, 10 minutes walk from plenty road and tram stop. the room is medium size with two windows and a lot of light. we also have a beautiful garden with plenty of fruit trees what we looking for? we are looking for a girl with similar intersts, who is working and able to pay bills and rent on time. We're also looking for someone social who we can hang out with from time to time!
