SHORT TERM LET IDEAL FOR SOMEONE VISITING FOR CHRISTMAS - GREAT LOCATION, CHEAPER THAN HOTEL.

This apartment has incredible views of the bay and the city. It is directly on the 16, (3a at weekends) and 96 tramlines - the 96 runs all night at weekends making it cheap to get back home even after a big night out. We live directly opposite Woolworths, within a 2-minute walk of 5 good bars (our favourite being downstairs in our very building!), 5-minute walk to a great range of restaurants and approximately 8-10 minutes to the beach. St Kilda is definitely somewhere to be explored and suits those who like being active and/or social.

The apartment itself has lovely high ceilings (see photos) and plenty of space. It is fully furnished and we can provide linen and towels, so you just need to bring yourself and your suitcase. Bills are included (unlimited wifi in living area).

More about the Flatmates

Scotty and I are 34 and 29 respectively. Scotty makes furniture and homewares from recycled timber and I am a sales coordinator. We love sport and exploring Melbourne. I also love to cook.

This place would suit someone who is in Melbourne for just a couple of weeks and is out exploring a lot. The apartment is our sanctuary and neither of us drink very much - we wouldn't expect it to be a place for socialising. Respect and consideration are very important to us. :)
