It's a 10 month old unit on the first floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, shared living space and kitchen. There is lift access, gas cooktops and electronic security passes for entry. The available room has a built in wardrobe, direct access to the balcony and will have use of the main bathroom. The unit has internet and ducted air-conditioning with separate temperature controls in both bedrooms and the living space. I'm a 29 year old who works in sport in elite athlete welfare and development. I love sport and enjoy getting to live games whenever I can. I also love the beach exercising, cooking, going on adventures, grabbing a good pub meal and sipping on some wine or a few cold beers.
