Redfern is a very convenient location. The apartment is located directly across from Redfern Station and has a supermarket, medical centre and various cafe's and shops located on street level.
The Apartment includes:

There is a large balcony with glimpses of the city and an expansive view of the eastern suburbs, that wraps around to botany and beyond.
You will have your own private double room which has ample storage with large mirrored built-ins and your own bathroom (which includes a sizable bath!)
I have the standard loungeroom furniture and appliances but you will need to bring your own bedroom furniture.
There is no parking but lots of on street parking around the building.
I am working full time in Human resources. I work Monday to Friday, with some late hours so I tend to be around most weekends but also like to get out and socialise when the opportunity arises.
I work in wine so I don't mind a social glass and conversation with my flatmate after work but appreciate space and privacy as well.
I am looking for someone that is honest, reliable with rent and bills, tidy, clean and has their own balance of social and home life. Someone that has lived successfully in a 2 bedroom situation previously would be ideal but it's not a deal breaker.
I have sizeable music collection and I'm into music, art, culture and the latest TV series running.. How was that last episode of Game of thrones?
