I have a room in my cosy little Scarborough town house that will be vacated by my soon to be travelling friend on Tuesday 28th of June. 2 bedrooms and a study (or spare room) with a shared bathroom, it is a clean and easy to look after house. A huge reverse cycle aircon unit in the living room easily cools the entire house in summer.
Unfortunately the room is not furnished but feel free to lounge on the couches and use our dining table till your heart is content. It fits a queen bed and has a built in robe for your clothing needs. $200 per week gets you a comfy home and and a not too shabby housemate.
I’m a 29 year old female marine scientist who loves a laugh. I am looking for someone chilled and clean to move in, the house is usually quiet but I enjoy the odd drink in our courtyard over the weekends. We are opposite a bus stop and walking distance to the shops and cafes of Brighton Road. It is a 2 minute drive to the beach.
