Hello! we have a large room available from February 2018 in this spacious four bedroom federation apartment. It used to be the Belgian Embassy and has bridge and harbour 'glimpses'. Great view of the fireworks! The house has high ceilings, picture rails and on and off street parking (easy). Ten minute walk to Cremorne Wharf, seven minutes on the ferry to Circular Quay. Bus stop out the front. Short walk to both Neutral Bay and Cremorne shops. Amazing harbour walks and gardens on your doorstep. This is a great chilled place to live....very quiet and lots of space. You will share with two others. We also have a small spare room which can be used for occasional guests, very handy :) Come and check it out if your a positive type, not a party animal and know how to keep a clean house.
Peter is a film maker, Coralie is French and an Osteopath. We tend to look after our own meals but get together for a drink and a gas-bag on our lovely breezy verandah. Peter's a bit of a yoga nut. Coarlie is Vegan. We both have great taste in music, don't watch much TV.
