Modern townhouse/house in great location close to shops, cafe's etc. Quiet spot close to Merry creek trail. Modern house with all mod con's along with a back yard patio area. Good sized open plan living area down stairs with bedrooms upstairs. Large room with built in robes and own bathroom.

Hi, I'm Dale. Pretty relaxed easy going guy. Enjoy living in a comfortable home with the company of others. Work in IT as well as starting a new business at the moment so tend to keep fairly busy. Interested in health and wellbeing, have studied kinesiology and a regular at yoga. Enjoy good healthy food and cook at home quite often. Interested in sharing food expenses and cooking if it works but not a requirement. Don't watch much TV, like to keep fairly active.
