Do you refuse to settle for mediocrity? Has your search for housing in Melbourne proved to be a frivolous struggle to find something that actually excites you? You poor disenchanted soul, look no further...
Located in a preposterously amazing location next to East Richmond station in the slice of paradise known as Cremorne is our freshly leased 3 bedroom house. We fought hard to get this bad boy... feast your eyes.
Nestled in the inner corner of Swan and Church St, you will find Pearson Street, of which we are lucky number 13. Here we are seconds, not minutes from the best that Richmond has to offer. Whatever fruits of this awesome neighbourhood you choose to indulge in, you will find them all less than a left-handed stones throw from our back gate.
The house is situated on a gargantuan block, giving a rare feeling of space in this inner city locale (Feel the serenity with so much room for activities.
Think movie projections on the courtyard brick walls while you kick back in the blow up pool in Summer.)
Should you so require, this courtyard can hold up to 4 cars if you have wheels that you wish to park off-street.
The interior is truly something to behold. The kitchen could be described as warehouse chic, with brand new appliances backed on to rendered concrete walls.
The bathroom is one of the coolest I've seen, with a full size bath and window into a private patch of courtyard that is drenched in the arvo sun.
The dining and living room have high ceilings, rustic timber floors and a north facing aspect, meaning that they are light filled from sunrise to sunset.
We will be working with the warehouse vibe in our fit out so that we do the industrial aesthetic justice.
You will be vying for the master bedroom. What it offers? High ceilings, timber floors, a fireplace, large windows, old world vibes and of course, MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF SPACE. This room is larger than some entire apartments. The result? A blank canvas for whatever brand of awesome you choose to bestow on it.
We will be looking to bring a considerate, open, warm and fun person into the fold. Girls and guys, if you're in your 20's and this sounds like you, send me a PM and tell me a little about yourself!
We look forward to hearing from you.
You will be living with a pair of legends.
Myself - a 25 year old guy working in marketing (brand management) who has just moved down from Sydney to enjoy the Melbourne sunshine.
Tam - a 25 year old girl working in graphic design with an awesome disposition.
(Note - we are mates, not a couple)
The vibe of this house will be warm, fun, considerate and easy going. Both Tam and myself are very social and outgoing, but definitely not overbearing. Good vibes are guaranteed.
