A lovely three bedroom apartment on StKilda road is offering a queen-size ensuite bedroom for rent in a modern and clean apartment complex.
The room is well lit and offer a double mirror wardrobe, along with beautiful views of the surrounding neighbourhood. The room will share a spacious and well-lit.
The apartment is well-sized, with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 6th floor. It has a modern kitchen overlooking a dining area, lounge and balcony with great views. Washing machine and dryer are contained in the bathroom. The apartment is furnished however our current flatmate will be taking some furniture with her so any new additions are welcome. The apartment has most white goods, however the washing machine and microwave may leave with our current housemate so those items are also welcome but not a necessity.
The complex is clean and well maintained with a gym, indoor and outdoor pool and tennis court.
Bills and expenses - electricity, gas, unlimited internet and water bills are split evening, but generally work out to $150/$200 each per quarter.
Bond of $1260 is due along with 1 months rent in advance.
Rent is $951 per month (this works out to $220 per week).
Location of the apartment is a 2 minute walk to the Union street/Stkilda road tram stop. Trams that pass include #3, 5, 16, 64, 67 and 72. All trams commute to the city.
The #246 bus is a 5 minute walk away and travels along Punt/Hoddle through South Yarra, Richmond, Collingwood and Clifton Hill. The Windsor train station is a 12 minute walk away.
The complex is located just near Fitzroy street, which offers Woolworths, restaurants, bars, quality nightlife and of course the beach. It is also a short 10 minute walk to Chapel street.
You'll be sharing with two 29/30 year old females; both working professionals who enjoy cooking, being active and socialising. Alicia works in the arts and Nina works for Corrections. We want the apartment to feel like a home for everyone and not just a place to live.
We are looking for a working professional of similar age who is clean, friendly and considerate.
This is more of a peaceful home, than a party house. Unfortunately no pets are allowed.
