I'm Clare (32) and along with my brother Ronan (26) we're looking for a gay friendly person/couple to share our incredible house in the city end of Northcote until the 5th September. It's $320 per week, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one is in Ronan's room) and one extra toilet, amazing open plan living & kitchen. The house is huge and beautiful - almost brand new. It has a enormous storage area downstairs which we use as a sort-of office, storage space. If you need a work area or studio space this is great (quite chilly in winter though) & there is also storage in the garage. It's furnished (except for the vacant bedroom) but if you have furniture too i'm sure we can fit it in.
We're close by to the Westgarth Village, the tram is 30 seconds walk away, train is 8 min walk, Merri Creek trail is around the corner, not to mention the Terminus Hotel, Mixed Business Cafe and all the other great things close by in the Clifton Hill & Westgarth Villages.
Hello, I'm Clare - 32. I'm self employed in the wine industry and work from home from a separate space - i.e. not in the shared areas. I teach wine courses and consult to the restaurant, wine tourism & catering industries. Love my job and the great lifestyle it allows me to have :) ! I'm often not home in the evening, but love to cook and socialise. I travel regularly (mostly to the farm) and am very respectable of the house as a shared space for living.
Hello, I'm Ronan - 26 - I work full time in the head office of a photographic company and spend most nights out with friends. I also run a small scale origami business creating paper artworks and lighting products as a sole trader whenever I can. Love the local area, Westgarth cinema and our local cafe Mixed Business..it's a great house and I'm looking forward to having someone new to share it with :)
We're both pretty busy, we cook separately but hang out plenty - it's pretty relaxed and has good vibes.
