Preferences
Great modern home with three pretty cool girls. The house comes complete with everything you could need. Great location, close to buses and Mascot train station.
We have two rooms available, one in the main house and a external granny flat with en suite and the garage for parking.
Fully equipped kitchen, laundry with washer and dryer, back yard and garage. Clean, tidy a very nice little home.
We also have two little dogs, you won't need to do too much with them but must be ok with puppy love.
Internet is $20 per month unlimited Wifi and the bills we budget for $60 per month for Electricity and Gas.
Flatmates
Three girls, all early 30's. Very sporty and active would suit someone who is also very active.
We are not just house mates we are mates too. Share meals, wine and good chats. All professional women who love to cook, socialise and live life. It's a good vibe and we like it like that.
