If you ask our real estate agent, we live in Teneriffe, if you ask Google Maps, it flip-flops between believing we're in Teneriffe or Newstead, if you ask us, we'll tell you we live in an oasis that is an easy walking distance to the best parts of Brisbane (sure, that's subjective, but I have no qualms telling people who disagree with me that they are wrong)
The Teneriffe Ferry stop is a 10 minute walk away, where you can also get buses to anywhere. New Farm park is an easy 15 minute stroll along the river.
Our house is an elevated Queenslander with a plant-filled balcony out the front, a bamboo forest out the back and an adorable kitchen.
Your bedroom, dear soon-to-be housemate, opens out onto the front balcony, easily fits a Queen bed and all the trimmings and is full of light. It is BYO wardrobe (or clothes rack) though.

You'll be living with the most bad arse babes in Teneriffe. By bad arse, we mean that we usually retire to our rooms by 9pm and treat baths like an olympic sport. We're both in our 30s, Ra manages a couple of cafes in the city, yet maintains a non-coffee-hipster-existence and Alita is a student nurse/midwife who at exam time covers the kitchen in notes about STIs and the male and female genital tract. Sometimes we eat together and real talk each other in a positive, you-got-this-gurl kind of way. We're quiet(ish) and are usually in bed pretty early because taking over the world means you've gotta be fresh as a daisy first thing in the morning.
