It's just under a year old!

The living room has a balcony connected, which has uninterrupted south-facing views.

The living area is fully furnished, but if you've got stuff you'd like to bring along that's cool.

In terms of the fun stuff, you'll have access to Netflix, an Xbox One, and a pretty decent movies/music collection.

Your room comes with an in-built wardrobe, in-built desk and a ceiling fan, and your own bathroom.

The apartment is really really really close to:
- Gelato Messina (110m)
- Coles (120m)
- Belle's Hot Chicken (150m)
- Corner Hotel (350m)
- AAMI Park (1km)
- Chapel Street (1.1km)
- MCG (1.2km)

Full views of the city - perfect place to chill with friends and there's a barbecue along with plenty of seating.

There's also a veggie patch upstairs which has been pretty popular.

There is a tram line (route 70) on Swan Street which will take you to Flinders st and beyond - East Richmond station is 100m away from the front door, while Richmond station is about 500m.

- Double glazed windows which cancels out external noise and keeps the apartment at a pretty nice temperature regardless of what's going on outside.
- Estimated to save $1300 a year on electricity bills (more information on the building's energy efficiency can be found here:

- External storage
- Shelter for bicycles

- Each apartment is allocated one parking spot in the car stacker.

I never know what to write or have any idea how to sell myself!

So here's a pretty broad response: I enjoy Netflix, sport, hanging out with friends and heading away when possible.

In terms of an ideal housemate, it'd be great if we had a few things in common. That said, I'm always keen to learn new things and hear different perspectives on whatever the conversation involves! I like to think I'm pretty easy going in general, and I hope you are too.
