THE APARTMENT

It's only a few months old!

The living room has a balcony connected, which has uninterrupted south-facing views.

Along with the furnishings, I have a pretty decent collection of movies and musicwhich you're more than welcome to enjoy.

Foxtel is connected which includes basic+sport, which I need for my work as a sport journalist. This is not included in the bills, but again, you're welcome to enjoy it.

THE ROOM

Your room comes with an in-built wardrobe, in-built desk and a ceiling fan, and your own bathroom.

LOCATION

The building is 100m from the centre of Swan street, with bars, restaurants, cafe’s and retail outlets nearby. Coles and Messina are next door to cater for those late night cravings.

ROOFTOP

Rooftop! It’s pretty cool, and as well as almost uninterrupted 360 degree views of Melbourne, it includes a self-sustaining sky garden and BBQ area perfect for summer.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

There is a tram line (route 70) on Swan Street, and East Richmond railway station is less than 50m away from the front door.

Despite being so close to the train station, noise is very minimal with the double glazed windows. I don't even notice it anymore.
