We are looking for a new flatmate to complete our Dulwich Hill penthouse.
We have an amazing top floor apartment in a secure complex on New Canterbury Road that is close to the light rail, train station, and has buses at the front door so all transport options are covered. Only 17 minutes to Central by train. Also super close to food, the pub, bottle shop and all that Dulwich Hill has to offer.
The apartment is large, with an even larger balcony. The room available can be either furnished or unfurnished with direct access to the balcony and a shared bathroom. The room is large with an extra large built in wardrobe (the largest one in the apartment). Also comes with secure undercover parking.
Our current flatmate is moving overseas, so there is the option to purchase the bed frame, mattress, mirror and lamp (see pictures) for $400 (RRP $2258).
There is also space in the living room for a lounge (should you already own one or wish to purchase one).
This apartment is our home, not just a place where we sleep. We have put time and effort into creating a comfortable, relaxed, and well-manicured space, and are looking for a like-minded individual to come join us.
Who you will be living with:
Tiffany (30) and Shaun (28) - we’re both friendly and relaxed people (not a couple). One works in cyber security and the other in film, and both work busy hours. We’re happy to have a glass of wine and share some food, but also quite happy to do our own thing.
Who we are looking for:
Someone who is fully employed.
Clean and tidy.
A nice person.
No couples or pets.
Long term applicants only who are willing to go on the lease and pay bond.
$290 per week, plus bills.
Bills are split evenly and includes cable internet.
Available from Thursday 8 June 2017.
