Hello there, for the reasonably price of 200 dollars a week you get, not one, but two rooms all to yourself! One has a bed in there already if you need it, I can also provide a table if you require one. And that's not it, I have a lovely lounge room you can use with Netflix available. You even get your own bathroom and toilet.
Want some fresh air? Well you're in luck! Just outside the lounge room is a very nice balcony you can chill out on to your hearts content. And while your at it don't worry about your car, there's an automatic garage to keep your vehicle safe and sound.
What about the surrounding area you ask?

Now onto you, the person most likely reading this. I would like someone who is similar to me, quiet and appreciates some peace around the house. Professional or student, I'm not picky, just as long as you pay on time.
electricity and internet is not part of the rent, it will be split when it comes in, or I can include it in the rent I'm cruisey either way.
All you need to start is only four weeks rent for the bond.
I'm a 29 year old professional who works full time and just wants to come home to some peace and quiet. I like to play me some video games and generally just goof around on the internet. Sometimes I like to even watch some shows on good old Netflix.
Pretty typical introverted type all around I would say.
So easy to get along with, quiet as a mouse and on top of that I keep to myself so much sometimes you would swear I was dead in my computer room. (but I'm just a massive shut in)
