Looking for a friendly female housemate to join our chilled out group. The room can be furnished with a queen bed and storage cabinet or unfurnished it is $170 per week which includes all bills and internet.
I would consider a relaxed and considerate couple for $250 per week.
The house is 4 bedroom double storey, has a big undercover outside area to relax in, ducted heating/air con.
Flatmates must be dog lovers as have 2 dalmation dogs living here, hence we have good security.
