The unit is situated on the second level, fronting onto the street. The unit has large open plan living area, city views, good cross ventilation and an adjoining outdoor entertaining area.
Medium, unfurnished room is big enough for a queen size bed. Room has private balcony, ceiling fan, built in wardrobe and use of the main bathroom (laundry is included in the main bathroom which is shared). Lockup garage is free to use (I do have small amount of storage in there), there is onsite visitor parking as well as plenty of street parking.
With the exclusion of the bedroom the unit is pretty well equipped with everything needed (although the couch is on it's way).
The unit is a 500m walk to Langlands Bus Station, short distance off the freeway and close to Stones Corner.
I'm a busy, professional female in my late twenty's. I'm easy going, social (although I enjoy my own space) and independent. I enjoy keeping fit, eating out, shopping and visiting my family. I'm looking for someone like minded and easy going (and bonus points if you enjoy watching The Bachelor/ette).
