Is a clean and modern apartment, with two large outdoor living areas, two bathrooms, open plan living area and undercover parking. It's in a killer location to boot, just a short walk from St George's Rd, Rathdowne Village and Lygon St with the 96 tram right outside the front door.
Is on the smaller side (which means cheaper rent!) but can still comfortably fit a queen size bed, dresser and wardrobe. It is unfurnished, but option to purchase current wardobe is there.
Rent is $730 p/m. Bills are divided equally every quarter + $20 p/m for internet.
Lease is currently until the start of Nov, but there may be an option to extend.
Looking for someone working full-time who is friendly and clean. Will be required to get approval from the property manager and have name on the lease. Bond is $760. Let us know if you're interested!

Everyone is friendly but also super busy and loves to catch up over a drink when they have a chance. You don't need to worry about any full-on personalities with everyone being pretty chilled out.
