Preferences
We live in a beautiful old market garden house, the yard is a lot smaller than it once but there is still a big front lawn, vege gardens & trees to chill under.
The house has been recently renovated but still retains it's original character, there are timber floors throughout, high ceilings, a cellar.
We have a nice view of the wetlands & surrounding valley.
Coogee beach is just over the hill, about a five minute walk. Freo is a 10 minute drive up the coast.
We have an outdoor gym with weight-bench & calisthenics frame as well as three communal bikes.
Flatmates
At the moment it's just me, my yogi girlfriend & other flatmate have bailed to India for the winter..
Am looking to fill one room potentially long-term & the other as a short-stay (up to three months).
