This GRANNY FLAT is extra special, inspect and be amazed! Originally for our grannies, but then tenanted for 7 years by a lovely fellow who has now moved on... It is so tranquil and tucked away in a little piece of paradise..
We would like either a single or couple (as it is big enough to cater to both, but prefer 45 - 60 y.o) working, semi retired, or fully retired.
Recently painted and renovated, this granny flat is the size of an extremely large one bedroom flat, 70sqm in all, with a v/large bedroom and ensuite, a fully self contained kitchen with a large pantry and seperate laundry. It has large windows in the internal living area which when they are opened up invites the light and breezes in. You also have the lovely big patio just to sit and reflect or have a couple of friends over to have a bar b q. The patio over looks the larger garden and it backs onto acres of council parkland.. If you are a smoker it is the patio that you will become accustomed too.
The flat is bright and cheery and has ceiling fans, insulation and lots of cupboard space.
You also have a small garden shed at your disposal which is situated in your own little garden.
You have off street parking for one car only at the front of the block with the main house cars.
Unfortunately the main house already has dogs, several of them, so no others pets allowed, sorry! But it is almost imperative that you are dog friendly yourself.
The rent includes Water. But other bills you will have to cater for yourself. You can if you want put a land phone line in.. which is already connected.
The cost of all this (for the right person/couple) is $260.00 pw x 2 weeks in advance plus bond of $800.00.. We will collect the rent once a fortnight on the week end, or you can pay monthly into our account on the first of each month. Late payers, drunks, drug users, and gamblers, need not apply!! And if you do somehow con us to believe you are not the above, you wont make long term tenants.! The sort of people we are looking for will appreciate the last comment I made and wont mind giving both work and real estate references..
