Top floor "penthouse" suit.. As I like to call it! Great views of Lane Cove River and nature surrounds from a comfortable balcony. Very spacious living/lounge/dining area. Lift access! Don't worry about climbing the stairs! Unless the lift has scheduled maintenance, luckily only happened once.
Commute to the city is easy with a bus stop up the road. Alternatively, driving into the city is also straight forward. Plenty of off street parking available with no time restrictions.
Lane Cove supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafes only 2km away (5 minute drive). Alternatively, figtree shops are are short walk for a green grocer, off license, cafe, butchers etc.
If you're into Kayaking, easy entry into Lane Cove River from a pier off Burns Bay Reserve. Blackman Park is a short bush walk away, for a large open field, astroturf and other sports facilities. For running routes, theres a straight shot over the Gladesville-Hornsby bridge, towards Anzac bridge and the popular Iron Cove Bay Run.
