Queen sized room to rent in a great 2-bedroom apartment in a really convenient location. The room is unfurnished with huge built-in wardrobes.
The wow-factor of our home is the fantastic city view, with our lounge room and private balcony pointing directly at the Harbour Bridge. It has to be seen!
The flat has a modern kitchen, through lounge room with incredible view, plus balcony. The bathroom is shared with just one other girl (me). The building has an internal laundry with washing machines and a dryer. There is a small amount of off-street parking, but loads of free spots in the streets around the building.
Everything you need is right on your doorstep, including bus stops on the Military Road which take you over the bridge into the city in just one stop. Neutral Bay is packed with shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, three supermarkets and beautiful water-front spots are just a short walk away.
(Would be amazing if you have a fridge and a TV, although not at all essential.)
***If you're interested in the room, please drop me a message telling me a bit about yourself and what you typically get up to. Thanks! :)
My name's Kate, I'm a 29 year old Editor for a fashion website.
I've lived in the apartment for over 2 years and LOVE the view and handy location. I'm based in the city and sometimes work late-ish, depending on the season.
A few nights during the week I'm usually out of the house catching up with friends, otherwise I swim or go out for walks and if not I like to make food at home and relax with some Netflix.
On weekends you can usually find me enjoying the beautiful spots around the North Shore, or having a drink in the evening.
When there's an occasion I'm keen to have our friends over and make the most of the view - we've had a few themed parties in the past, Mexican night, Halloween etc - but most of the time, I like my home to be a calm and relaxing place to unwind from the day.
My current housemate is moving in with her partner so I'm looking for someone new.
I'm looking for someone warm, friendly, chilled and who likes to hang out sometimes and hopefully will become a friend as well as a roomie - above all a generally clean and considerate housemate :)
