A reasonable modern and open 3 bedroom, 3 story townhouse in the heart of Darlinghurst. Only few mins walk to CBD, public transport & supermarkets. The house is in a very small and quiet street but very close to the pubs, restaurants and cafes on Stanley Street. The house is also fully furnished.
The room is large with a built in wardrobe and great light, $320 a week.
I believe it's the perfect location, central to everything you need.
Bills and expenses: All bills are included in the rent. If the electricity bill goes over $400 a quarter we will split the difference which is expected in winter.
Unfortunately no pets allowed…
The room is furnished with a bed and a chair with a built in desk.
About me: Hi, I like long walks on the beach... oh crap wrong profile...
I’m Eden, 24, work in PR and enjoy having a great time. I’m always good for a chat but enjoy hanging in my room with a book or Netflix just as much. I enjoy cooking meals on weekdays but will often go out with friends – or have friends over – on the weekend. I quite enjoy dancing so it’s not a surprise to find me home with mates breaking out the moves to a Duke Dumont remix – you’re always welcome to join in. Ordering pizza or Thai are also skills I’ve fine-tuned, I am happy to share my tips and tricks with you.
Hi I'm Pat, just turned the big 3-0 and I work full time in printing and design. When I'm not working I'm either hanging out with mates (playing pool or jamming) or just chilling out at home. I am not the best cook so if you are any good I will be booking in lessons. You don't get an option in this.
Compatible people: We're looking for a friendly and considerate person with a positive attitude to life. If you're after a drama-free home and don't mind doing your bit to keep the place looking like a home then we're on the same page. Both Pat and I will often have friends over for a drink, so it’s important you’re okay with that. Of course your friends are always welcome visitors unless they are out on bail.
We think it's great to have a friendship within the home, but also respect that everyone needs their own space/privacy and have their own life too. We prefer sociable people with an active lifestyle who can talk about any issues that arise.
Please send me a txt or message with a little about yourself and we can go from there.
