I have a very clean, beautiful and comfortable room to rent in a two-bedroom stand-alone unit in Macleod. The house is located in a quiet and convenient area. It is approximately 10 min walk to the Macleod train station and 3min walk to the nearest bus stop. The house is about 3km to Latrobe University and it takes roughly 10 min to Latrobe Uni by bus. This is a newly purchased house and has been recently renovated. The house is spacious and the appliances in the kitchen and laundry are all new and available for your use.
The room itself is tidy and nice. You can easily put either a double or queen size bed, plus a study desk. It also comes with a big built-in robe and plenty of room for storage. The room currently has a double size bed and mattress, a study desk/chair and a book shelf. These are all for your use. You can also bring in your own furniture if you prefer to have an unfurnished room.

You will share the house with a young easy going professional male. I work in the city 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Outside of work, I like exercising and enjoy cooking. I like a quiet night in as well as a night out for movies or shows. Sometimes I like inviting friends over for dinner and movie or games and you are welcome to join. I am looking for a clean, reliable and easy going roommate to share the house with.
