The apartment is a beautiful, light-filled, art deco apartment in a super convenient and quiet location.
Internet is included in rent, and bills will be split equally between all three of us.
There is a separate toilet to the shower/bath area, but the bathroom will be shared, and the kitchen, living and dining rooms are all very large.
The 2nd bedroom room is currently furnished with a double bed, side table, chest of drawers and book-shelf but can also fit a portable wardrobe, however we are flexible with furnishing.
We are a couple looking to rent out the second bedroom in our beautiful two-bedroom apartment in St Kilda East, because our legend of a housemate is leaving us to move North!!
Both of us are in our mid 20's, and have moved to Melbourne from Sydney last year, and have quickly made Melbourne our home!
I (Kim) am a Nutritionist who loves to cook (and eat), am very social and love being active. I really enjoy having friends over for dinners, so if you're keen to meet people and eat a delicious meal then you'll definitely fit right in.
My boyfriend, Ewen, is very down-to-earth, loves sport and hiking :) He's working full-time in Bayside area, and plays quite a bit of sport during the week so enjoys coming home to a relaxing place to chill with a beer in hand.
We are hoping to find a roommate who is super chilled like us, really down-to-earth, respectful and clean but can also enjoy a beer/wine and chat in the evening after a long day at work. Also, if you like cooking and eating then that's a major plus ;)
To be honest, we just want someone who is keen to hang out (enjoy the occasional games night), and is respectful of our new home, as we have created a home that we love, so hope you will respect the space and treat it like your home too!
Must be full-time professional, down to earth and looking to move for a minimum of 6 months.
Would love to hear from you if you're keen to hear more or catch up :)
