This three bedroom, two bathroom town house is located within walking distance to transport (under 5min to Alphington or Fairfield train station) and to many lovely local cafes (Station street, Fairfield).
The unit features a modern kitchen that is currently equip with all essential appliances, as well as two bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower.
The room itself is located downstairs and contains a heating/cooling split system, a large double-door built-in wardrobe and access to the courtyard. At the moment, I have a queen bed and two bed side tables with plenty of room to move around freely.
I have two male house mates, one being a tradesman and the other working in the security industry. Both lads are easy going, quiet and clean. Their ideal housemate would be of a similar nature.
The only reason I am moving out is to move closer to my work. I have lived here for over two years and absolutely love the place.
