Looking for someone to take over our lease. It is $712pw but one female tenant is willing to stay until early 2017 and is currently contributing $265pw to the rent, which means your contribution is $447pw.
This apartment is in a great location with great facilities. Lease is up in May 2017 but no reason this couldn't be extended.
