Small and quiet street; plenty of on street parking but also car bays in the driveway.
Front porch area - we haven't really furnished this, but see it's potential and would gladly do so.
One end of the house for bedrooms, connected to the games room which has both Xbox and nintendo '64 with all the games that matter.
Both ducted aircon and reverse cycle to keep the whole area comfortable.
We even have a handy keylock, so you never lock yourself out of home (well, as long as you can remember the key code, but that's on you dude).
Then there is the main living area, with TV, foxtel (do you like the UFC? Or EPL?) HMDI cord for that Netflix connection.
A piano if you're musical, plants if you're botanical, and well, you'll see the rest.
Our kitchen has plenty of storage space and can usually handle up to 2 people preparing food at once, honestly though our weakness is the fridge, between 4 people you don't get much space, so if you have a fridge, BYO fridge ha-ha
I personally like it, I buy my food fresh and as I need it.
The bathroom is shared, it's not huge but well maintained.
I tend to most things like laundering the towels and general tidying.
We always have the home amenities available to all housemates, never run out of toilet paper & and it's always 3 ply.
We enjoy the finer things in life, good olive oil from York, fantastic banter - it's a two way street - we dish it and we eat it.
Pretty fanatic about yoga, comedy, the beach, good coffee, great music even better TV and especially want to feel comfortable in the home.
+ We have 16 solar panels, summer just gone we paid a total of $5 for our electricity. If that ain't livin'?
We are nice people (we are also brother and sister) we love philosophy, history, good tv shows (we have Netflix for the home), banter - that's a big one; we want to have a laugh.
I think we would consider ourselves very progressive but not at all PC.
We are always listening to podcasts, Joe Rogan Experience, The Tim Ferris Show, Fighter and the Kid, Hardcore History with Dan Carlin, Bill Burr's Monday Morning Podcast; hopefully this can give you an indication of our sense of humour and general taste.
We can't verify ourselves on Social Media because we don't have it, so hipster, right?
