Looking for someone to take over the lease of 2 bedroom unit, pet friendly. The apartment will be available on the 3rd of August 2016 (lease until end of Feb 2017). There are 2 bedrooms, large master bedroom that will fit a king easily and a double bedroom, with access to the back yard. Both rooms come with built in wardrobes.
The unit is a modern apartment, one of 10 in a block, and is located on the ground floor with a decent sized garden. The house has a living room, separate kitchen (with dishwasher) and a bathroom. There is one secure car park on site available (partly covered) and there is also unlimited parking on the street.
The location is great, with Tooronga train station (Glen Waverly line) and tram 72 both a 5 minute walk away. It takes 15 min to get to Flinders Street Station by train, and also 15 min by tram to Chapel Street. Heaps of takeaway options and Tooronga village shopping centre (with Coles) is around the corner. There's a bike path through the parks along the river that will take you into the city within 30 minutes.
Bond is one month’s rent ($1820) and there is permission to have 1 dog.
The unit will be available from the 3rd of August but quite flexible with move in dates and lease is till end of Feb 2017.
