Great accommodation opportunity for young people studying in Perth CBD.

Fully serviced private rooms in the long-term components of Akara Hotel in Perth CBD. Experience real hotel service on a student budget.

The entire building was completely renovated March 2016.

The prices cover the rent, all utilities, cleaning and linen service (weekly linen change), WiFi and more...

The rooms are furnished with comfortable - hotel style - king single and king size beds, study desks, armchairs, sofas and shelves. Some of them have fridges and dining tables, and there is the possibility of bringing own additional furniture (if room size permits).

All the rooms are fully serviced, that means once a week your room will be cleaned, bed linen changed and you will get fresh towels as well.

The common area consists of:

- a very cozy and stylish lounge with TV, book corner and dining area

- common kitchen furnished with lockers, cooker/oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, water filter etc. Private lockers include set of dishes and cutlery

- guest laundry (the only service paid separately - $4 for washing machine plus $2 for drier)

- Jakes cafe on the premises serving coffee, breakky and lunch with great atmosphere, perfect spot to chill out with a book or laptop over a cup of aromatic coffee

- courtyard to spend lazy summer evenings and watch the pot plants growing ;)

Flatmates

Akara is a hotel and, as such, it attracts a variety of people. We respect diversity, and expect courtesy to one another while on our premises.

One component of our establishment, namely the third floor, basement and part of the second floor, is allocated for students - young and active people from Australia and overseas.

In numerous common areas of the building you will have chance to chat to people from all over the world, exchange ideas, share experience, improve English or learn foreign languages, and have fun.

For security reasons, the property is smoke and alcohol free throughout.
