This house is perfect for students moving out of home for the first time, with furnished common areas. All you need to supply is your personal bedroom furnishings, linen and anything else you wish to bring into the house. This makes the transition from leaving the nest a lot easier, with locked rooms (different keys), offering security and peace of mind for your loved ones.
The shared house is huge, with seven spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens, two living/ dining areas, a laundry, patio and a massive backyard, allowing cars to be parked behind the house (on yard) with all appliances included. You can breathe easy, knowing that we have looked after over thirty tenants in our experience with managing student accommodation, so we know what we are doing!
In regards to bills, bedroom costs may vary dependent on the size and furnishings available ($180 - $220/ fortnight) and all tenants must sign on our short- term 12 month lease. Utilities are included in the rent, which will be due every two weeks (fortnightly). Water, gas and electricity will be split equally among all tenants quarterly. Proof of payment receipts will be available after every rent payment too. With public transport easily available, nearby facilities and trusting landlords, we can guarantee a lovely time in our property, we simply ask that you respect the rules and house, and we will treat you with the utmost respect.
