The House is a home!
Its modern, has lots of room with 2 lounge room areas (however one is basically unfurnished at the moment).
The room is a great size and has a built in robe.
It is located right near Marion Shopping Center, The Warradale hotel, Buses, Trains and local shops!
15 Minutes drive to the city and about 5 minutes to Glenelg so prime location!
Warradale is a pretty safe area and we have never had any issues!

Flatmates

We are two females - one 23 and the other 24. We both work fulltime in the city and are clean, tidy and respectful!
We are both looking for someone who would want to be a part of our home, wine drinking habits and great sense of humor! Girls and Guys are both welcome, no couples and no pets.
