Our cool warehouse-style apartment is in a great part of the inner-west just a short stroll to the light rail and a two-minute drive to Norton Street (small bars, cinema, shopping centre, etc.). Upstairs has plenty of natural light spilling throughout two open plan living areas and a massive kitchen with adjoining balcony. Downstairs you'll find the three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a courtyard. The room available is a nice sized double bedroom with space for a wardrobe (there are no built-ins) and a bedside table. It is next to the bathroom you'll be sharing with one other person. Being a warehouse, the space is quite echoey and therefore would not suit oddly loud house mates (we're looking at you DJs, electric guitar players, edm aficionados and yodellers).
We’re three long time friends who all get along great. Michelle is a 27-year-old venue manager who likes to cook, visit markets and bar hop in her spare time. Tom is a 27-year-old marketer working for a real estate start up and loves outdoor activities, sports and good chats over beers. Tym is a 27-year-old copywriter who works four days a week and studies part-time. He enjoys reading, writing and third wheeling on Tom and Michelle's dates every now and then. You would also be entitled to the same privilege if you so pleased. You'll love living with us if you're a working professional or mature student who enjoys good banter, tangential in-jokes, Netflix, a drink or two or three and exercise (...but, like, not too much exercise). As you can tell from the pics we keep a clean, tidy and nice home so we're looking for someone who is going to respect that and clean up after themselves.
